How long could it take to have a arrest warrant against a itlaian selelr from europe who scammed 3-4 people with his account for a total of 3800 usd? are 12 months enough so that him/her will eb arrested if he tries to enter the US? or he won't be caught? Will the police even investigate? will fbi be involved? i know that guy travles regularly to the usa, wi9ll they arrest him?

Im afraid I think because he is a fraudster. All they will do is refund the money and block him from further use of ebay.

I am ready to join Internet MLM marketing lead program, and create my own list, but is this a Scam?, how much is going to cost me?, what kind of leads am I going to get ?, I heard that from 1000 sign ups only 2 are good prospects, is that true?

Any experience?

You can make this work. The problem is that a MLM runs out of prospects as you go 9-people deep into the prospecting. Each of the 9 hires 9 so the number gets exponential. You run out of possible recruits..

I am hearing about Vcan MLM business frequently from my friends. Some of my friends says they(Vcan) was sealed by police for scam before 3 years. Pls clarify is there any scam involved or a good part time business?

I can't verify if your business is a scam or not without checking into things. Check with the BBB, check court record documentations, police reports etc.
Never get invovled in a business without double checking a few things like
1. are they registered with the BBB?
2. how long have they been in business.
3. FTA?
4. Have they been featured (in a good way) in magazine articles.
5. Has inc 500 rated them?
6. Do they have a legitimate product or service?
So many different things to check out in make sure a business is legit. That's what I did before I got involved with mine over 6 years ago. It checked out 100%. Some others I looked into did not, so obviously I didn't get involved. So the next time you look into a business, make sure everything checks out before paying them money.

Hi i have been running a sucessfull internet marketing buisness for some time now and would like to know more about these ptr sites do they really pay .My current site is paying .well but i would like to add more sites without getting in to scams. help me out

Frankly, it's harder to figure out which ones aren't scams.

There are some good money making programs, of course. (Listed below.) The best way to determine if they are or aren't is to look up their site on Alexa. If they are an older site, and have a fair amount of traffic, they are more likely to be legitimate.

Also, read the article (also below) from the Securities and Exchange Commission. It's good advice to follow.

now a days internet is filled to the brim by the frauds and scams ranging from data entry, stuffing envelops, home business, wholesale online stores and so on.

A lot of genuine people who want to take advantage of present day technology to earn some extra bucks are being taken for a horrific ride. the scammers are milking the hard earned money from innocent people. no doubt some people even after knowing all these still take risk that is another thing.

I got scammed once. then I found this blog that helped me a lot. It has lessons FOR FREE to make money online. He suggests a few programs so i tried "average joes" and I make about $200 a day =]
