I'm looking to get started in the affiliate marketing business, but there are so many choices out there. I'm looking to find one that is easy to work with, but yet provides a good compensation agreement. Also, I'm asking this question to avoid the "get rich quick" schemes and scams that are prevalent online. My hope is that this business will provide an extra income as I start out, and eventually build it to replace my current income.

My recommendation would be the Plug-In Profit Site.

Has anyone heard about this new Chat to Text feauture on Facebook? Im interested in knowing if it's real or if it's a scam.

It's a scam. Facebook just shut it down today. They are trying to get back on but it won't happen. Facebook Terms of Services are clear. It's their web site and they can kick you off for whatever reason they want or even no reason at all. It says so in their terms of services.
