so he pays you with paypal, you send the video and the buyer says, the video is faulty,he complains, paypal refund him and he returns to you the faulty video and keeps the good one, now he has his £100 back and a working video,you are left with the video thats no good, i know this wors because thats exactly what happened to me, telll paypal and they do nothing

@ JOEMLM: the reason people do not post negative feedback, is that the seller says to you “I will ONLY give you a refund (for faulty goods) if you leave a positive feedback.” This means that someone could have said ‘positive feedback’, but the content of the feedback is actually something like “this is a bad seller”, “do not buy from this seller - it is a scam” etc etc… They are told to put positive feedback to get a refund so other people will buy and not want to put positive feedback…

scams.
As a general rule - ANYTHING involving Western Union/money
gram = Scam.
If you sell stuff online.. Accept Cash or paypal only.
If you buy stuff online.. Use Paypal only.
Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER(ever) give out your personal
information to strangers online or offline! Always be on
guard.

The scammers asre using ebay and paypal, just search ‘paypal scam’ to find a few here … i hvae been ripped of using paypal by several sellers and ebay KNOWS ALL ABOUT IT! They obviously do not care since i found 10 other people scammed by the same seller, we all filed complaints and all lost money with paypal= NOT THAT SAFE! Seller feedback very important, read the negatives, some people refuse to leave negative feedback for some reason, if you got scammed PLEASE SAY SO!
