Online buyers: Never pay with Western Union or Money Gram - That’s right — never! These methods have proven to be unsafe when paying someone you don’t know.

eBAY scammer gets sued on Judge Judy for selling “pictures” of cellphones instead of the real thing.
Generally most of the eBAY fraud comes from Romanian Scammers (they phish your ebay and paypal accounts and then list 100’s of fake auctions while asking for payment via Western Union), but not all eBAY scammers are from Romania. This video shows that. Thanks Keysmith!
