More eBAY fraud.

Generally most of the eBAY fraud comes from Romanian Scammers (they phish your ebay and paypal accounts and then list 100’s of fake auctions while asking for payment via Western Union), but not all eBAY scammers are from Romania. This video shows that. Thanks Keysmith!
