Want to Make Money Online Learn How to Sort Through the Scams and Choose the Best Business For You

With more people logging on every day to find their salvation online we need to be more careful than ever. Unfortunately, whenever there is an influx of focus in a certain area of the economy, so follow the scams. I can vouch for this all to well coming from the finance industry. Now, that being said, there are still a lot of legitimate ways to make money online from home. Lets look at a few ways to sort through the scams.

First, go with your gut. If you are reviewing a company and can’t find much information online, its probably because its brand new and wont be around tomorrow. If the website looks like it was made in 10 minutes, it probably was. If they are claiming you can make 20k a week, something is most likely off. Outlandish claims usually point to scam companies. Buyer beware, the easiest way to make money online is often the easiest way to lose a few thousand dollars.

Second, narrow your list of legitimate companies and put together a set of questions to ask all of them. If possible see if you can speak to the owner of the company or see how high you can go. IF the president of the company is the one who recruited you then odds are its a 1 man shop so again, beware.

Finally, do your online due diligence. There are a lot of pro consumer sites on the web these days that report scams and alert people to potential pitfalls. Rip Off Report is a big one and there are others, so spend your time and get educated.

Hopefully this article has not made you rule out starting your own internet business or working from home, because it can be very lucrative! I personally have my own web business, but it took about 4 months of research for me to settle on one that was a fit for me. Find yours.

This is probably one of the biggest controversial industries online and that’s the mlm business.

I have talked to hundreds of people and have seen a pattern in the way people do mlm marketing, get mlm leads, do mlm training, get into mlm companies, mlm home based businesses, mlm opportunities, use mlm software online, get caught up in mlm compensation plans, how people recruit prospects in their mlm downline and the list goes on!

So what I want to share in this (mlm) multi level marketing video is:

* What is MLM?

Multi-level marketing (MLM), also known as Network Marketing, is a business-distribution model that allows a parent company to market its products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and direct selling.

Independent, unsalaried salespeople of multi-level marketing, referred to as distributors (or ociates, independent business owners, dealers, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents, etc.), represent the parent company and are awarded a commission based upon the volume of product sold through each of their independent businesses (organizations).

* Pros and Cons of Joining MLM

MLM PROS Possible Reasons that MLM Could Be a Great Business For You!

1. Usually start-up costs are low.
2. Many of the highest-quality products are manufactured by MLM companies.
3. You can work it part time if you choose, which allows you to work a job fulltime and work your MLM business in your spare time.
4. You can work from your home.
5. Your business expenses will be deductible from your income tax.
6. You will be your own boss.
7. You choose which hours you want to work.
8. You may develop a small extra income or possibly even a very large income, allowing you to quit your job, or have a great retirement.
9. Your income will be a residual income, which will come to you month-after-month, year-after-year.
10. You will have time freedom.
11. You will meet many like-minded people.

MLM CONS Possible Reasons that MLM Should NOT Be the Business For You!

1. At first you could work very, very hard without making any money!
2. The ease of start-up can cause people to get into several companies, with the mistaken belief that they can easily develop several income streams. This causes a lack of focus and makes the person far more likely to fail.
3. The products could be overpriced and it may be difficult to determine whether they are any better than you could purchase at a discount store.
4. People may look at what is possible to make with MLM instead of what is likely to happen. There are a lot of very inaccurate get-rich quick claims out there. When success doesnt come quickly, a person may be more likely to quit and join something else.
5. It can be very hard to distinguish a legitimate company or opportunity from a scam.
6. Many people do not seem to realize that it takes time and money to build a solid business.
7. Ideally, MLM is based on everyone doing a little bit. In reality, most people dont do their part, making it necessary for the few workers to work much harder to find any amount of success!
8. The failure rate is extremely high.
9. As in any business, to succeed with MLM takes a lot of dedication.
10. Unlike a job where you may punch a clock or have a certain number of hours to work each day, no one is requiring you to do anything with your MLM business. YOU must be the one to decide to work it, or invest your money into advertising. It takes true self-discipline!
11. Your family and friends may not at all understand what you are trying to accomplish. Hopefully, you will get very helpful support from others, but realize that they may not support you at all, no matter how dedicated you are!

Alan’s scam is revealed! Alan was an affiliate of mine who was selling my product, the “Youtube Marketing course”. He decided that HE should be making money as an internet marketer too, so he decided that he would create his OWN product! The only problem is that “Alan T” isnt an internet marketer, and HE ISNT making any money online.

In any event, Alan learned that he could make his videos LOOK popular by BUYING FAKE VIDEO VIEWS for them, and then he figured that he would use that FAKE popularity as a way to make people believe that he was actually doing something on Youtube, and that he could help them “make money” like he was (but really wasn’t).

This guy actually emailed me through Youtube (I will post the messages later), and explained to me that the product he “created” IS just a few page booklet that tells people to BUY THEIR VIDEO VIEWS…He said that he would be selling this “SECRET” for $150, and he actually did make a site to do just that! He posted a few FAKE testimonials (all created and posted the same day:), and I am almost SURE he has taken a few SUCKERS money with this scam.

BUYING VIDEO VIEWS is against Youtube’s terms of use, because it MISLEADS people (and Youtube) into thinking a channel is HOT when its NOT! It DEVALUES Youtubes rating system, and takes away from the REAL people whose videos are ACTUALLY popular.

Alan also claims to be offering the “secret” to getting your videos listed at the top of search results for your keywords…it is NO SECRET, I am the person who TAUGHT HIM how:)LOL Comment on this video and I will message you the “secret” for FREE! PROOF of using the secret…you MAY find this video NEAR alans OWN videos about his “product”, that reveals the secret of marketing on youtube (laughing my A** off alan)

Bottom line, I am posting this video because ALAN is scamming people, FAKING video views, AND pretending to be an Internet Marketer (youtube Marketing) expert… This guy needs to quit it!

One other point I should make about Alan’s Youtube Marketing Secret is this: if you are BUYING VIDEO VIEWS… how do you make money?? There aren’t any REAL people looking at your videos, so who is the buyer, where does the money come from?? THERE ISNT ANY! The money comes from the people who get suckered into buying his $150 LIE.

Just thought you guys would like to know whats going on before you get taken for your $150…
