the defendant was … the defendant was perfectly correct, and Judy is wrong. It clearly says photo only, while it is wrong and not unfair she was i nthe right. The description in the aution was detailing what characteristics the phone had, not what the auction was of. And as for the IRS investigation, the IRS cannot do anything to you legally anyway, so it is hogwash.
